Our evaluations are completed by Nicole R. Graham, M.D. Dr. Graham is Triple Board Certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology (ABPN) in Adult Psychiatry, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, and Forensic Psychiatry. Dr. Graham earned her doctorate of medicine from Johns Hopkins University, and completed her Adult Psychiatry Residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital, her Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at the University of Florida and went on to complete a year-long Forensic Psychiatry Fellowship training program at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland.
As a medical doctor, Dr. Graham has the background necessary to fully assess the impact of physical illness and substances on a particular issue, and to offer guidance with regard to imaging and laboratory studies. Furthermore, as a specialty trained Psychiatrist, Dr. Graham has dedicated significant time and energy to the intricate practice of Forensic Psychiatry.
Dr. Graham’s extensive medical training, skill and experience uniquely qualify her to evaluate, treat and offer expert medical opinions in medico-legal matters involving children, adolescents, and adults.

Hourly rate: $600/hour for all tasks associated with the case (e.g. travel by car, record review, evaluation, testimony)
"Time is time" is a principle we adhere to, in order to maintain additional objectivity.
Notes:
Billing is done in increments of 1/4 hour.
A retainer may be required to cover first 5-10 hours of work, amount depending on volume of proposed work .
There may be additional travel costs if air travel and/or over-night accommodations necessary.
